Jason Grunfeld is the Founder of Perry Street Ventures, an advisory and investment platform focused on technology, health & wellness, and consumer businesses.
He works alongside founder-led companies to build financial infrastructure, refine unit economics, and lead capital raises, M&A, and strategic growth initiatives. His work is highly hands-on, often operating closely with management teams to support decision-making, manage key initiatives, and drive execution across finance, operations, and strategic initiatives.
Jason's experience spans investment banking, venture capital, and operating roles within high-growth businesses. Across these roles, he has been involved in capital raises, acquisitions, financial modeling, strategic planning, and broader company-building initiatives.
He founded Perry Street Ventures to provide companies with a more integrated, execution-oriented approach to strategic finance and transactions—combining advisory, operational support, and investing.
